ABOUT ASSET9

Practical discipline.
A connected perspective.

Assets have long lives.
Their context should, too.

Asset9 is owned by SiA Strategy FZ-LLC. It is a platform in development, shaped around a straightforward idea: asset identity, operational work and procurement should be understood together.

The aim is not to add another layer of disconnected administration. It is to create a clear, structured foundation for the people responsible for the asset and what happens to it next.

OUR STARTING POINT

The record matters.
The relationships matter more.

A maintenance task makes more sense with the asset history. A purchase request makes more sense with the work requirement. A portfolio makes more sense when those everyday decisions remain part of its story.

THE PRINCIPLES BEHIND THE DESIGN

Grounded in the work.

A considered approach to the fundamentals, before promises about the future.

01

Structure before complexity.

Distinguish spatial location, functional position and physical assembly; then establish consistent asset identities and clear responsibility. A sound structure is the foundation for useful operational information.

02

Context before conclusions.

Connect observations and activity to the relevant asset. Make the supporting detail accessible so people can review the situation and apply their judgment.

03

Continuity before silos.

Design portfolio, maintenance and procurement as connected perspectives. Retain the thread from an asset need to work, supply and the resulting record.

A clear view of where we are.
